So do we give this guy troll points, or what considering that he’s attempted to make a custom number plate that has a sort of plausible age and from a DVLA district that actually exists?
I mean, what are the chances that he registered the car in Chester in the back half of 2001 and just so happened to get RED as his letters? I mean, someone at the DVLA must have picked that up and said “Let’s sell it as a custom plate instead!”

It’s a company owned numberplate. It’s appeared on various performance Vauxhall press cars for many years.
